If you are having trouble thinking of things to write on your blog you might want to check out some of theses sites I have found. Developing good content is my desire for all of my blogs. So I decided to do a search to find writing prompts. At the end of the day it is so hard for me to think of things on my own.
Here are a couple I have found during my search.
Writers Digest - this one has a lot of fictional type prompts but it still could be very useful.
Writing Fix - this one I think is geared toward kids but it had some good prompts in it's prompt generator.
