One of the very first affiliate programs I found out about was an Ecard affiliate program. I thought it would be a great way to earn a little extra money. Well I never made anything with it but I also didn't give it much of a chance. I really like Card Fountain. They offer more than just free cards. I might give this ecard affiliate program thing another try someday.
