I think just about everyone knows about the benefits of having a PayPal account but just in case you don't I am going to tell you a little bit about what it is. With a PayPal account you can send and/or request money from friends, family or customers. It's easy to use and is free to send money. If you are receiving money there is a fee but it is very low. This service is great for eBay merchants as well as web owners with products/services for sale. Most people now a days have a PayPal account. If you don't already have one you should get one. There is no fee to sign up.
