The Perfect Boss

In an ideal world all bosses would be fair and give regular raises, reward their employees, give good paid vacation times and sick pay. Unfortunately this is not an ideal world and my husbands boss is one of those employers that don't believe in rewarding their employees. My husband has not gotten a raise in about 5 years and he really does deserve one. Not only does his boss not give raises or rewards but he doesn't fire useless employees. There are few employees that just do not do quality work but for some reason he doesn't fire them. Go figure.
Though his boss is wealthy he does not see rewarding his good employees or terminating his bad employees an important part of running a good business. In an ideal world a manager could use a software program like Manager Assistant 3.0 which is a employee appraisals and reviews a software. This software would be perfect for my husbands employer, if he were a good business man. Maybe he will wise up one of these days.
