I have to tell you that I am now a firm believer in good ceiling fans. When we built our house we chose some very nice looking cheap priced ceiling fans from Walmart. This was only about 4 years ago and now all of those fans are broken. I was so sad because I really liked them but learned a good lesson. Don't buy cheap fans. The one fan that is actually still running strong and probably will for many years is the one we paid more for and is a good name brand.
