to CAPITALIZE or not to captialize

i have been wondering if using proper puncutation is a waist of time. i see many bloggers these days not using caps. why is that? has there been a discission maybe somewhere out there that says - no caps on blogs? right now i am righting this having to fight back the CApitalizing. iT is very HARd for me to not CApItilize. I MUst C A P I T A L I Z E.... Ok, I don't know if I can handle this new way of writting. It's not like I am a great typist but I have been taught to use capitals and I don't know if I can turn away from my teachings :o). We will have to see if i can conform.
