Another Puzzles Piece

I am posting yet another puzzles piece for the PayPerPost puzzle solving contest. I still don't know a whole lot of details but we should be finding out more soon. The first person to piece all the puzzle pieces together and post it on their blog will win $1000. I am not likely going to win but who knows.
