It's that time ladies. You should be checking your breast every month but if for some reason you have not for a while, why not do it today. If you are not convinced you need to check out this blog.
Never think you are too young to check. I ended up having a cyst in my breast when I was only 19 years old. I was not a cancerous cyst but what if it had been?
